2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before the final closing date of the online store. Once the store closes, all orders are processed and sent for production, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order prior to the store's closing date, contact us as soon as possible.
3. Additional Information
Customization errors made by the customer (e.g., incorrect spelling, design choice, or sizing) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If your order qualifies for a return or exchange due to a defect, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide further instructions.
